Back in the day when I used to write research papers, some of my research friends told me about the ADDIE model. Honestly speaking, I used that model but did not get any significant results. And obviously, I decided against using the model any further. Then some of my friends told me something that not only helped me to excel in my research but also I saw it helped many business professionals. But what is it? It is just this.
