How to Lodge a Grievance

We understand that there may be occasions when our services do not meet your expectations. To address any grievances or concerns promptly and effectively, we have established a comprehensive Grievance Redressal System.

  • We acknowledge receipt of all grievances within 24 hours.
  • Our team will investigate and aim to resolve the issue within 7 business days. If the issue requires more time, we will keep you informed of the progress and expected resolution timeline.
  • If you are not satisfied with the initial response or resolution, you can escalate your grievance by sending an email with the subject line "Escalation: [Your Project/Grievance ID]" to web.support@krugelconsulting.co.za
